Russ gives it the same rating as last time. An on-screen inset shows his earlier 9/10 for the Parma Burger, which is where the 9 comes from. He says the added lettuce makes it taste more like a Zinger than a parmi.

If I gave the Hungry Jack's one a seven and a half, this has to be a nine.
A KFC fillet burger with a crumbed cheese patty, bacon and parma sauce, exclusive to Bendigo and Echuca. Russ scored it 9/10, above the Hungry Jack's parmy burger he gave 7.5. He said the crumbed cheese patty and sauce give it a pub schnitzel vibe.
