Chicken burger with Wicked Sauce, cheese and tomato; the score is driven by the returning tomato, not the sauce. He says swapping the Wicked Sauce out (transcribed 'Peppermere', likely pepper mayo) would make it a 9.5; on-screen graphic shows 8.5/10.
