Already tried during the Newcastle trial and scored 7/10 then; same again now. Likened to a devil wing/wicked wing with less spice. Fine when fresh, but old ones would be filth. Matches the on-screen 7/10 graphic from his earlier review.

Absolute dog shit, but hot and fresh, not too bad.
The McWings are a trial item available in one Newcastle store, and Russ drove 40 minutes to try them. Hot and fresh, he finds them like a servo bain-marie Devil Wing mixed with a KFC Wicked Wing without the spice, and gives them 7/10. The on-screen graphic still showed the bites' 5/10 during this segment, but the spoken score is 7.
