Russ was about to review the McDonald's caramel shake but found it suspiciously pale with no caramel syrup, just plain shake mix, made by the manager. No score given; he says he might give it another chance if McDonald's apologises. Receipt on screen shows 2 Medium Caramel Shakes for $11.90.
