The tacos are worth the hype

Grilled birria taco with lots of melted cheese, super beefy and full of flavour, served with a beef consommé for dipping. Very messy, with heavy onion and coriander. Rated 8.5/10, and 'probably a ten' with spicy salsa. The on-screen graphic shows only 8.5/10.
