Turtle Chips Choco Churro

Russ smells chocolate and finds a light chocolate coating with cinnamon sugar. He gets an instant churro taste, but the texture is like dry cereal, a cross between chocolate Chex and Milo cereal. He first gave 8.5 to 9 out of 10 (graphic showed 8.5/10). After trying them in milk he called them repackaged cereal and dropped the score to 8/10, which the final graphic confirms.
