Compared with the bottled Double Espresso. Russ is confused that the bottle tastes way sweeter even though the sachet has more sugar per 100ml, and gives roughly a seven, assumed to be the sachet. It has slightly less caffeine than the bottle (25mg vs 32mg per 100ml).
