Rice paper roll flavours on steroids
A rice pancake with prawn and pork ($6.00 AUD) at a Michelin-recommended restaurant, rolled in rice paper with herbs and pickled veg and dipped in mixed sauces. Russ loves the fried, crunchy element and says it makes regular rolls look bad. He rates it about a ten.
