Suggested in place of Suntory -196, Kirin Hyoketsu and other 6% zero-sugar but sweet lemon drinks. He says the Lemonade and Raspberry flavours are the sweeter versions and the others aren't as sweet. 'End can' is probably a mistranscription of the '&' brand.
